GAGGIA Baby Caffita: Gaggia chose two from its complete range of espresso makers and fitted them with an exclusive extraction system which gets all the best from the Caffita capsule method. The Caffita capsule is structured specifically to allow the water to fully irrigate each tiny grain of coffee, thus guaranteeing a constantly even flow of coffee and, above all, a consistently excellent brew in the cup.
